The Grundfos Energy Audit is a diagnostic tool developed by Grundfos to identify excessive energy consumption in pumping systems based on on-site measurements made over a period of time. Based on the measurements, we propose changes to be made to improve efficiency.

The final report shows potential savings, reduction in CO2 emissions and payback time on the investment.

After collecting information such as your pump types and process flow, an electrician needs to set up an energy meter, an ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter, digital and analogue sensors, and a data logger to collect data from all instruments and sensors.

A qualified energy auditor will analyse the data and you will receive
a report comparing the existing installation with a recommended alternative, data detailing investment costs and service profiles, and a graph showing the break-even point on new investments.
